Job Summary: The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, people, and property. This role involves monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the premises, handling emergencies, and reporting unusual activities to management. Key Responsibilities: Guard and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, if applicable. Check and verify ID cards of visitors, staff, and vehicles. Maintain a log of visitors, vehicles, and incidents. Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms or emergency situations. Assist in crowd control during events or emergencies. Report suspicious behavior or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Lock/unlock doors, gates, and windows as required. Perform basic first aid or alert emergency services when needed. Ensure compliance with company rules and safety procedures. Requirements: Physically fit and alert at all times. Ability to read and write in basic English/Hindi. Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, walkie-talkie, etc.) is an advantage. Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills. Honest, disciplined, and reliable. Working Conditions: Standing or patrolling for extended hours. Uniform and ID must be worn at all times.
