We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness. Responsibility Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing of creatives and copy. Generate regular analytics and performance reports. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-2years’ experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising platforms. Analytical skills: ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
