To develop a strategy for preparing the proposal, and ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all tender requirements. Responsibilities: Identifying and Analyzing Opportunities : Continuously monitoring tender portals and other sources to find relevant opportunities, reviewing tender documents, scope of work, and evaluating the fit with the organization's capabilities. Tender Document Preparation : Preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they are accurate, persuasive, and comply with all tender specifications.
