Job Overview We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to create conversion-focused designs for hotel websites. You'll work with our established template system, customizing and adapting designs for each hotel's unique brand and requirements. This is systematic design work focused on what actually drives bookings - not experimental or purely aesthetic design. You'll learn what works for hotel conversions and apply proven patterns efficiently. Key Responsibilities Design information architecture for hotel websites (sitemap, page structure, content hierarchy) Create user flows focused on booking conversions and guest engagement Customize visual designs from our template system for each hotel's branding Design layouts, select color schemes and typography that align with hotel positioning Create high-fidelity mockups in Figma for developer handoff Maintain and evolve our design component library Ensure designs follow conversion optimization best practices for hospitality Collaborate with founder and developer for seamless implementation Research and stay updated on hotel industry design trends and booking patterns Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of UI/UX design experience (web design focus) Strong proficiency in Figma (this is our primary tool) Solid understanding of information architecture and user flows Experience with layout design, typography, and color theory Portfolio demonstrating websites you've designed (preferably service-based businesses) Understanding of responsive design principles (mobile, tablet, desktop) Ability to work within design systems and maintain consistency Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines consistently Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry Understanding of conversion-focused design principles Prior work in agency or high-volume environment Familiarity with design handoff best practices Based in Kochi, Kerala (strongly preferred) Tools & Technologies Figma (primary design tool) Design system and template library (existing) Standard design assets and resources What Makes This Role Different Learn hotel industry conversion design - what actually drives bookings, not just what looks pretty Systematic approach - proven templates that you adapt, not starting from zero every time Direct collaboration with founder who will teach you hospitality design patterns Focus on results - designs that increase direct bookings for real businesses Ground floor opportunity in a growing agency Master efficient, repeatable design processes What You'll Learn Hotel industry digital presence and booking psychology Conversion-focused design for hospitality sector How to design efficiently without sacrificing quality Systematic design processes that scale Direct exposure to founder and developer feedback Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) Full-time position Learn hospitality design from founder with industry experience Opportunity to grow with the company Remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates Work Environment This is a structured role focused on systematic design.
