End-to-End Factory Hiring Manage recruitment for shop floor, technical, and operational roles across the factory. Build strong pipelines for operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisory sta. Drive both volume and niche hiring to meet production demands. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with plant leadership, HR, and line managers to forecast manpower requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs of the factory. Provide regular updates and dashboards to management on hiring progress. Process & Compliance Implement structured recruitment processes tailored for factory operations. Ensure adherence to labour laws, compliance norms, and ethical hiring practices. Partner with external agencies, training institutes, and local talent pools to strengthen hiring channels. Talent Market & Employer Branding Build and maintain strong connections with local communities, skill development centres, and industry networks. Represent Zap91 as a preferred employer in the region, promoting our values of innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity. Continuously analyze shop-floor hiring trends and provide insights for workforce planning. Qualifications & Skills: • 710 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on factory and shop-floor hiring. • Proven ability to manage volume hiring in manufacturing/industrial environments. • Experience working with recruitment agencies, training partners, and local communities. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership and accountability. • Graduate/MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
