Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Area Sales Manager Industry: Pharmaceuticals Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be the key link between the company and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for promoting the company's prescription medicines to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers, ensuring consistent growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Promote the companys products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Doctor Engagement: Conduct regular visits to doctors (GPs and specialists), present product information, and address queries. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and market share objectives in the assigned territory. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to the management team. Record Keeping: Maintain daily reports, doctor call records, and other documentation using CRM or reporting tools. Events & CMEs: Organize or participate in medical conferences, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and promotional activities. Stock Management: Ensure availability of products at distributors and retailers; coordinate with the supply chain when needed. Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all interactions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. (B.Sc/B.Pharm preferred) 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales Knowledge of human physiology and pharmacology is an advantage Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Good negotiation and persuasion skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to travel within the assigned territory Benefits: Attractive salary with performance-based incentives Allowances (TA/DA) On-the-job training and career growth opportunities
