Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Monitor customer satisfaction scores and suggest improvement plans. Provide weekly reports on customer engagement and feedback to management. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Tamil (or local language). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Patience and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
