Experience Required 1–3 years in women’s ethnic fashion design (Freshers with strong portfolio can be considered) Job Responsibilities Design women’s Indian and Pakistani outfits including suits, lehengas, kurtis, gowns, shararas, and bridal concepts. Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts aligned with brand styling. Develop patterns, cuts, and garment construction details. Select fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments. Coordinate with sampling team and tailors to produce high-quality prototypes. Ensure fitting accuracy and finalize production-ready designs. Track trends in ethnic wear, contemporary fusion wear, and seasonal looks. Support photoshoot styling and catalog preparation when required. Required Skills Strong sketching skills Knowledge of Indian and Pakistani fashion trends Good understanding of fabrics and embroidery techniques Ability to work with pattern masters and tailors
