We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Head to lead our creative content team. You will be responsible for driving content strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring timely delivery across formats and platforms. You must be physically present for all shoots and coordinate with in-house and freelance creative talent. Key Responsibilities: Content Planning & Ideation: Lead concept creation and storytelling across video, social media, and digital platforms. Approvals & Execution: Take ownership of content approvals and ensure seamless execution with quality control. Team Management: Manage and collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and videographers. On-Ground Shoot Coordination: Be physically present at all shoots to ensure brand alignment and creative direction. Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance, engagement, and traction; suggest improvements based on data. Deadline Management: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time without compromise. Requirements: Strong creative and storytelling skills Proven experience in content production and team handling Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment Willing to be on-ground for all shoots (non-negotiable)Role & responsibilities
