We're Hiring: Student Recruitment Officer/Manager – India (Full Time) Location: New Delhi, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra (Remote/Hybrid, with travel as required) Zain Global UK Ltd is a UK-based international student recruitment agency/company since 2012, connecting students globally with universities and colleges across the world. We specialize in providing high-quality counselling, student recruitment, and support services to students. Zain Global is located in the UK, UAE, Nigeria, India, and Bangladesh at the moment. As we expand our operations, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Student Recruitment Officers/Managers to lead our student recruitment and marketing efforts in India. Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment & Partner Management Lead and manage the recruitment of students for undergraduate and postgraduate programs directly and indirectly. Identify, vet, and onboard new partners and manage existing partner relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting their student recruitment efforts. Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and training to improve results. Student Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote directly to students in India. Organize and conduct student counselling sessions, webinars, open days, school visits, and institutional admission events. Liaise with prospective students and parents, providing accurate information on institutions, programs, and application procedures. Respond to inquiries and maintain an updated CRM to track lead status and conversions. Marketing & Brand Awareness Build and promote the Zain Global brand in India through digital marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, and local collaborations. Help to manage and grow our digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Ensure all marketing content and materials (brochures, presentations, social media) are aligned with the brand and kept up to date. Office Setup & Team Building Support the setup and launch of a Zain Global office in multiple cities of India, including identifying premises, local vendors, and compliance needs. Assist in building and managing a local team, including hiring, training, and mentoring junior staff. Implement and improve internal marketing and recruitment workflows and procedures. Work closely with UK HQ to align India operations with global strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or international education marketing. Strong knowledge of the education system, admissions, and visa process for a minimum of 2-3 destinations. Experience in managing education partners and student counselling. Demonstrated strategies in marketing, especially digital and event-based campaigns. Proficiency in CRM systems, social media tools, and data reporting.
