About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Setting Out & Marking: Interpreting drawings and setting out the site layout as per approved plans. 2. Supervision of Works: Overseeing daily construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines. 3. Quality Control: Checking materials, workmanship, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and codes. 4. Measurements & BOQs: Taking site measurements and verifying quantities against drawings and bills. 5. Coordination with Consultants: Working with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to resolve site issues. 6. Drawing Interpretation: Understanding structural, architectural, and services drawings and ensuring proper implementation. 7. Site Safety Enforcement: Implementing and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
