Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Due Diligence at ZADN & Associates LLP, located in Mumbai. The role involves conducting financial due diligence for various clients, analyzing complex financial information, and providing insights to support decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, identifying key trends, assessing risks, and preparing detailed due diligence reports. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of the financial analysis is integral to this role. Qualifications Minimum 3 year prior experience in Financial Due Diligence profile Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial information and identifying trends and risks Proficiency in Accounting and Auditing practices, as well as familiarity with compliance standards Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively Hands-on experience in financial due diligence or similar roles is an added advantage
