Job description ZaaK Materials is introducing awards winning eco-friendly building & construction products to the Indian market. These highly innovative products answer the present and future need in sustainable construction materials. The company is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You’ll supervise a team of operations personnel and work towards achieving the company's goals and objectives. This position will oversee company operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and resource management. Location: ZaaK Materials Pvt Ltd Manufacturing Facility, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Responsibilities: · Supervise and manage the manufacturing operation team · Ensure the company's operational procedures, policies, and standards in manufacturing are followed · Contribute in developing and implementing operational strategies, operating procedures and action plans to achieve the company's goals · Monitor and analyze operations performance; make and initiate recommendations for improvement · Oversee shipping and logistics, including inventory management and the distribution of products and supplies · Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to determine production and inventory needs · Identify and manage operational risks and develop contingency plans · Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers/vendors, and customers · Recruit, train, and manage a team of operations staff Your profile: · Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations in the cement industry, building materials or other related fields · Bachelor's degree in mechanical / process / chemical engineering · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & hands-on mentality · Good leadership and management abilities · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Good communication skills, both written and verbal · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other related software · Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology preferred We offer you: · An exciting job in a fast-growing company where you can assume independent responsibility and develop professionally, with room for individual ideas, short decision-making process and recognition for innovative ideas. · Become a core part of an international, multiple-innovation award winning team · The fast-paced, open and flexible atmosphere of a start-up · The opportunity to grow, develop and gain experience with a dynamic start-up, and write history with the Company · Equity stake and leadership opportunity in a high-growth environment Remuneration: As per industry standards, based on relevant experience Email your profiles at shriyam@zaakmaterials.com
