JD:
Provide L2 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Troubleshoot and resolve network, security, and connectivity issues related to Zscaler solutions

Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and escalations

Work closely with L1 support and escalate issues to L3 or vendor support as needed

Handle service requests and incidents via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)

Analyze logs and traffic flow using Zscaler Admin Portal and related tools

Assist in implementing configuration changes, policy updates, and certificate management
