Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mens Shoe Factory Production Manager located in Gurugram. The Factory Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of production, and managing production schedules. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing a team of production workers, ensuring safety standards are met, and troubleshooting production issues as they arise. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining production equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in production planning and quality control Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product development process for footwear—from concept, design, prototyping, costing, to final production. Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the footwear category. Coordinate with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform future improvements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position and launch products effectively. Ensure that all products meet brand standards, customer expectations, and compliance regulations. Manage product timelines, pricing strategy, and profitability targets.
