About the Project YouWeCan Foundation is implementing a multi-cancer screening initiative in Uttar Pradesh to address the growing burden of oral, breast, and cervical cancers. The project aims to increase awareness, improve early detection, and connect individuals to timely care. Screening services will be delivered through Mobile Screening Units (MSUs) across four priority districts: Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Mirzapur, and Chandauli. Role Summary As a Cluster Coordinator, you will be part of a mission-driven team working to bring essential cancer screening services to underserved communities. You will play a crucial role in implementing awareness activities, conducting screening camps via Medical Support Units (MSUs), and guiding individuals through the next steps in their care journey. This is a people-focused, impactful role offering hands-on field experience and the opportunity to create real change. Key Responsibilities Organize and support cancer screening camps through the MSU in target communities Conduct awareness activities to educate people about early signs and prevention of oral, breast, and cervical cancers Mobilize community participation in collaboration with local health workers and stakeholders Support individuals through the screening process with empathy and professionalism Identify potential cases and ensure timely referrals and follow-up Maintain documentation and assist in reporting as part of project requirements Participate in all assigned trainings and work collaboratively with your team Eligibility Criteria Degree in BDS / BAMS / BHMS / B.Sc. YouWeCan Foundation (Registered as Yuvraj Singh Foundation) is on an ambitious mission to screen another 60,000 women in 15 States for breast cancer under the project Swasth Mahila Swasth Bharat 2.0. We are seeking a Regional Head to lead and drive the allocated area team in order to achieve organizational and project goals. The position includes managing routine project operations and breast cancer screening camps. We are searching for someone that is gentle, has strong communication skills, is well organized, proactive, and most essential, is sincere and dedicated to their work. Location: Barpeta, Assam/ Nadia, West Bengal. The Regional Head will oversee operations for two states and lead a team of 4 Cluster Coordinators from each region. The Head will manage all project implementation on ground as well as ensure meeting the project’s qualitative and quantitative outcomes in both states. Team Management for Assigned Region: Lead & motivate the assigned territory team to work towards achieving the organizational & project goals Responsible for assigning daily & weekly rosters and roles for Cluster Coordinators for the respective region Take daily reporting of the Cluster Coordinator of the allocated region Schedule & manage camp calendars, one month in advance and allocate resources at least 1 week prior with prior plans shared and approved by the Project Lead Maintaining attendance of cluster coordinators, their weekly and compensatory offs.
