About Yuvalay MakerSpace Yuvalay MakerSpace is Vadodara’s creative hub for students, innovators, hobbyists, and startups. We provide tools, technology, and mentorship to help people turn ideas into working prototypes. It is a space where learning happens by doing through workshops, hands-on projects, and community-driven innovation. Role Overview We are looking for an Innovation Coach to manage Yuvalay MakerSpace and support our growing community of makers. This role combines technical skills, community building, and event management - Maker Fest Vadodara . The Innovation Coach will guide members, organize activities, and ensure smooth functioning of the MakerSpace. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the MakerSpace - Maintain inventory of tools, machines, and materials - Support members in building their projects and prototypes - Conduct and organize workshops, talks, and maker activities - Provide mentorship and basic technical guidance to students and innovators - Collaborate with schools, colleges, and startups to expand MakerSpace outreach Qualifications - Knowledge in Engineering/Technology (preferred - electronics) - Hands-on interest or experience in electronics, prototyping, or DIY projects Preferred Skills (Good to Have) - Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, Drone, CNC, or laser cutting - Knowledge of design software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) - Previous experience mentoring students or running technical workshops What We Offer - Opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative environment - Hands-on exposure to innovative tools and technologies - Collaboration with a vibrant community of makers, mentors, and startups - A chance to inspire and shape the next generation of innovators 📧 How to Apply: Send your resume and a short note about your interest in this role to makerspace@yuvalay.org For more details visit: https://makerspace.yuvalay.org
