To Apply Please Visit: www.missionyuva.org/careers For any queries write to us at : recruitments@missionyuva.org Salary: ₹50,000 per month (with 10% annual increment) Location: Ramgarh District, Jharkhand Engagement: Full-Time (3-Year Project) YUVA seeks a dynamic and committed Project Coordinator to lead its comprehensive three- year community mental health intervention aimed at strengthening the District Mental Health Program (DMHP) in Ramgarh District. The intervention focuses on awareness generation on MH, early detection, screening, counselling, treatment facilitation, and livelihood linkages for vulnerable families, especially those dependent on defunct coal mines. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management & Coordination  Lead the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of the mental health intervention across Mandu and Patratu blocks In Ramgarh.  Coordinate daily operations, ensure adherence to timelines, and track progress toward project deliverables.  Provide supervision and guidance to project teams including counsellors, caseworkers, CHWs, and field staff.  Liaise closely with the District Mental Health Program (DMHP), health facilities, and government departments for effective convergence. 2. Mental Health Service Strengthening  Oversee community awareness programs, behaviour change communication, and capacity- building sessions related to mental health.  Ensure quality implementation of screening, early identification, counselling, and referral services.  Facilitate regular psychiatric camps, clinic days, tele-consultations, and follow-up mechanisms.  Build Capacity of the team as well as the health service providers/PRI members/Youth Club leaders and school teachers 3. Community Engagement & Outreach  Plan and conduct large-scale awareness campaigns, village meetings, and IEC initiatives on mental health.  Build relationships with PRI members, community leaders, schools, and local institutions to strengthen community ownership. 4. Livelihood & Social Support Integration  Coordinate livelihood linkage activities for affected families from defunct coal mining areas.  Work with skill development departments, government schemes, and NGOs to support income-generation pathways for beneficiaries. 5. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation  Ensure proper maintenance of project databases, screening records, counselling notes, and case follow-ups.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.  Document best practices, case studies, and learnings for sharing with stakeholders and donors. Qualifications & Experience  As specified in Eligibility Section. Engagement Full-time, based in Ramgarh District, with regular field travel and close coordination with the DMHP team.
