Skills and Experience 0-1 year of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch for UI/UX design. Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Solid grasp of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript to turn designs into responsive, high-performance interfaces. Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) is a bonus. Good understanding of design systems , typography , color theory , and visual hierarchy . Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles. Experience with animation tools like Lottie , Framer Motion , or CSS animations is an added plus. Sharp attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect , accessible designs. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. What Youll Do As a UI/UX and Frontend Designer at Yupcha, you will: Design elegant, intuitive, and user-centric web and mobile interfaces. Translate UI/UX designs into responsive frontend code that performs across devices. Create and implement engaging micro-interactions, transitions, and animations. Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and user needs. Build interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback and usability tests. Ensure a consistent visual language that aligns with our brand and user goals. Stay current with the latest design and frontend trends, tools, and best practices.
