We are looking for a skilled and reliable Senior Computer Operator to manage day-to-day digital operations, documentation, data handling, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate must be experienced with MS Office, internet-based operations, email drafting, and should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT. This role requires excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a strong learning mindset. Must be able to do multi tasking. 📌 Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage documents in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets Draft emails, letters, and communication content professionally Use ChatGPT/AI tools for content creation, summarisation, data cleaning, and documentation Handle data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy Perform online research and update records regularly Assist in back-office operations and support daily administrative tasks Maintain proper documentation and digital filing Coordinate with internal teams when required Ensure data security, confidentiality, and error-free outputs Provide support in client communication and query handling 📌 Required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent email drafting and communication skills Comfortable using ChatGPT & AI-based productivity tools Strong internet browsing & online research skills High typing speed (40–50+ WPM preferred) Attention to detail and ability to work independently Quick learner with adaptability to new tools & processes Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently 📌 Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience 3–7 years of experience in computer operations or office assistance Experience in EdTech/BFSI/Training domain is an added advantage 📌 Why Join Us?
