About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, GST returns, expense tracking, and financial reporting for our growing F&B brand. The role is ideal for someone who values flexibility and wants to contribute to a fast-paced startup-style company. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily bookkeeping and transaction records Prepare and update cashflow and profit/loss sheets Manage GST, TDS, and basic compliances Reconcile vendor bills, staff salaries, and expense claims Visit office/store 2–3 times per week to collect bills or verify data Maintain financial hygiene across platforms (Excel/Tally/Zoho preferred) Assist founders with reports and audits Key Skills: Tally / Excel / Zoho Books proficiency GST, TDS knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication via WhatsApp/email Ability to manage financial data independently Preferred Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA 2+ years accounting experience preferred Prior experience in F&B or retail industry is a plus Working Mode: Work from home with 2–3 office visits per week 4–5 hours/day (flexible hours, depending on workload) Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
