We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Software Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software products like Manufacturing ERP, Corporate ERP, Cloud Payroll(CloudPayroll365) & Hotel management software/ Property Management Software(EasyPMS365). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and software sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, cold calls, emails, and networking. Manage social media, SEO, and paid ad campaigns for brand awareness. 2. Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify potential customers, including Manufacturing Companies/ Corporate Services Provider Companies/ Hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses. Conduct product presentations, demos, and webinars for clients. Convert leads into sales by building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell new features. Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Market Research & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Recommend new strategies to improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with the product development team to enhance software features. 5. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in software marketing or IT sales. Strong understanding of marketing, and lead generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
