Manage the warehouse and daily operations end-to-end. Handle inward and outward stock movement, keeping inventory updated in real-time. Conduct quality checks before dispatch to ensure products meet brand standards. Supervise and assist in packing and labeling orders for Amazon, Instamart, Blinkit and other platforms. Coordinate with delivery executives, courier partners, and transporters for timely pickups and deliveries. Take and manage appointments for dispatch, pickups, and warehouse visits. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse. Keep regular reports of stock levels, damages, and daily dispatch count. Get things packed in branded packaging and make sure they are properly labelled to sell
Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily transaction entries. Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivables, track vendor payments and outstanding dues. Prepare monthly financial summaries and cash flow statements. Coordinate with CA for audits, returns, and statutory filings. Track all invoices and make sure GRNs are done. Entering all invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payments in the Tally Should have a good hand in Tally and inventory management software. The accountant would also have to take additional responsibility of booking appointment with client (sending Email) and if the goods have been delivered or not.
