With a growing B2B network across 1,500+ pincodes, we aim to deliver quality products and strong partner relationships. Role Overview: The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end B2B sales coordination — from order confirmation and dispatch to payment follow-up and customer relationship management. This role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries, smooth communication with clients, and efficient sales tracking. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with retailers and distributors for order confirmations and updates. Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate sales, dispatch, and payment records in CRM software or Excel. Follow up on pending payments and maintain good rapport with clients. Support the sales team in resolving customer queries or complaints. Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth operations. Generate sales and collection reports for management review. Assist in identifying repeat and high-value clients for retention strategies. Requirements:Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales coordination or CRM (fashion or FMCG preferred). Strong communication and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven attitude. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance
