Operations Executive - Sales support, QC and Logistics Location: Electronic city, Bangalore Experience: 0–1 years Qualification: B.Tech or any technically inclined graduate Role Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our backend operations, logistics, and product quality checks in a growing robotics company. This is an internal-facing role that requires strong ownership, common sense, and task follow-through. The selected candidate will act as a support system between the sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products. While this is a non-customer-facing role, it requires strong coordination skills, process ownership, and high attention to detail to ensure internal workflows run smoothly. Key Reponsibilities · Order Fulfillment & Logistics · Receive order handoffs from the sales team and take ownership of end-to-end dispatch. · Perform inward quality checks for products received from vendors or assembly units. · Conduct final QC before dispatch to ensure product quality and completeness. · Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely and accurate National and international deliveries. · Technical Issue Handling · When sales reports an issue from a customer or partner, collect and log the product. · Hand over the product to the appropriate internal technical team. · Update internal teams on the issue status and progress in the relevant group/channel. · Process Tracking & Documentation · Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing products. · Track QC results, issue logs, and follow-up actions. · Update dispatch statuses and issue resolutions in shared sheets or tools. Required Skills and Qualifications - B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc (technical background preferred) - Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets - Strong logical thinking, accountability, and common sense - Experience with inventory or order tracking tools is a plus - Freshers welcome if they show initiative and responsibility Show more Show less
