Role overview:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editing Intern to assist in creating engaging, well-paced, and high-retention videos for our YouTube channels and ad campaigns.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with minimum 3 months of video editing experience, especially for YouTube or content creators
• Must have completed a certified course in video editing, film production, or related multimedia tools
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Understanding of YouTube formatting, hooks, retention tactics, and thumbnail framing
• Bonus: Knowledge of copyright-safe music, subtitles, and trending YouTube styles

Responsibilities:

• Edit YouTube videos for multiple categories – explainer, promotional, tutorial, vlog-style, etc.
• Add B-rolls, captions, transitions, and music to enhance viewer engagement
• Trim raw footage, enhance pacing, and align with brand tone
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and designers for video flow and visuals
• Optimize files for YouTube uploads (HD, compression, thumbnails, etc.)
