Job Title: YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Remote)Who We Need

A proven thumbnail specialist who consistently creates the kind of images that make people click before they even read the title.

You’re someone whose work is already live on channels getting hundreds of thousands to millions of views per video, and you can prove your thumbnails move the needle on CTR.

Responsibilities

Create bold, high-converting thumbnails for YouTube (and occasionally Shorts/TikTok)
Turn a video title + short clips into multiple clickable concepts
Use contrast, emotion, typography, facial expressions, curiosity gaps, and proven visual triggers
Deliver clean, layered PSD files ready for fast revisions
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate based on performance
Stay ahead of current thumbnail trends across top-performing channels

Requirements

Strong portfolio of real YouTube thumbnails you’ve designed (live video links required)
Before/after examples showing your impact on CTR strongly preferred
Expert-level Photoshop skills (or equivalent professional tool)
Deep understanding of what actually works on YouTube in 2025–2026
Excellent communication and fast response time
Ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines reliably

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
