Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching, high-conversion thumbnails for our YouTube videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, color, and visual storytelling that attracts clicks and reflects our brand style. Key Responsibilities : Design engaging and scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube videos. Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketers to understand video themes. Use design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator to create high-quality thumbnails. Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, and color themes. Optimize designs for various screen sizes and CTR (Click-Through Rate). Stay updated with YouTube trends, audience behavior, and top-performing thumbnail styles. Deliver multiple design variations and meet deadlines consistently. Requirements : Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio or samples of previous thumbnails required). Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software). Understanding of YouTube content trends and what makes a thumbnail clickable. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Strong time-management and communication skills. Preferred Skills : Experience working with YouTubers, influencers, or video content creators. Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
