As a YouTube Manager, your role will involve uploading videos, creating thumbnails, and writing titles & descriptions. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on the platform. Monitoring YouTube analytics to track performance and audience behavior will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize videos for SEO using keywords, tags, and metadata. Collaboration with content creators, editors, and marketing teams will be essential for success. It is important to stay updated with YouTube policies, trends, and best practices, as well as responding to comments and engaging with the audience. Your Skills & Qualifications should include: - Fresher to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or YouTube management - Understanding of YouTube platform, trends, and algorithms - Basic video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar) - Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) - Creative mindset with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks If applicable, you may benefit from flexible working hours or a remote work option.
