You will be responsible for creating compelling content for Pinkvilla's audience. As the Anchor & Creative Producer, your primary focus will be on hosting, storytelling, and content creation in the entertainment and Bollywood space. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Anchor & Host:** Represent Pinkvilla as the face and anchor across various social media platforms. - **Content Creation:** Develop engaging video concepts, prepare detailed questionnaires, and scripts for the content. - **Research:** Conduct thorough research on entertainment and Bollywood-related topics to maintain content accuracy and relevance. - **Production Oversight:** Collaborate closely with video editors for seamless editing and final output, providing creative direction during post-production. - **YouTube Shorts Management:** Guide and mentor interns in creating engaging short-form content. - **Content Expansion:** Conceptualize and host new shows or formats that align with the Pinkvilla brand. - **Ownership:** Manage end-to-end production of all podcast and video content, from ideation to final output. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - **Experience:** You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in podcast anchoring with a strong portfolio of hosted shows. - **Entertainment & Bollywood Enthusiast:** Deep passion and knowledge of Bollywood, celebrity culture, and entertainment trends. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. - **Creative Leadership:** Ability to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead production efforts. - **Editing Knowledge:** Basic understanding of video editing processes to collaborate effectively with editors. - **Team Collaboration:** Proven ability to work within a team, including mentoring junior staff or interns. - **Prior Experience:** Hosting or anchoring podcasts or shows will be beneficial. - **YouTube Familiarity:** Understanding of YouTube algorithms and trends, especially related to short-form content. - **Innovation:** Enthusiasm for exploring new show formats and expanding content offerings.
