Your responsibilities will include planning video content, ensuring proper uploading procedures, and maximizing content visibility. In this role, you will: - Develop content ideas aligned with our brand and target audience. - Upload videos with optimized titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails. - Utilize keywords to enhance video search visibility. - Monitor video performance metrics such as views, likes, comments, and watch time. - Recommend enhancements based on performance analysis. - Maintain a consistent video posting schedule and interact with viewers in the comments section. - Stay informed about YouTube trends and popular content. We are seeking a candidate who: - Has previous experience managing YouTube channels. - Demonstrates proficiency in increasing views, subscribers, and engagement. - Possesses basic video editing skills and can design thumbnails. - Understands the types of videos that attract viewers. - Exhibits creativity and effective communication abilities. - Can work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently. Desired qualifications include: - Experience in growing monetized channels. - Familiarity with YouTube tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ. - Knowledge of YouTube Ads or collaborations.
