We are looking for a Tele Caller & Customer Care Executive to handle Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmations and provide customer support for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional phone manner, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Order Confirmation Calls: Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed on Shopify Verify order details (product, quantity, shipping address) before processing Handle order modifications or cancellations as needed Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, shipping, returns, and refunds Assist customers with tracking orders and resolving delivery-related issues Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates in Shopify Follow up with customers post-delivery for feedback or issue resolution Sales & Retention Support: Upsell/cross-sell products when appropriate Help reduce order cancellations by ensuring clear communication Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + [Local Language if required]) Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce processes (training will be provided) Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Ability to handle objections and resolve complaints professionally Comfortable working in shifts if required Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
