Goldroots focuses on heritage-driven innovation , sustainable sourcing from local Himalayan farmers, and creating a wellness ecosystem that combines ancient wisdom with modern nutrition science. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and driving revenue growth. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills, including verbal and written proficiency Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and data analysis Ability to cultivate client relationships and foster long-term partnerships Proven interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency with sales tools and software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Exceptional problem-solving and organizational capabilities A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
