✨ Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Coordinator to manage and oversee tour operations from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing group and individual tours, coordinating logistics, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for all clients. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and plan customized travel itineraries and group tours Book transportation, hotels, sightseeing packages, and other tour services Assist customers with inquiries and provide pre-tour and post-tour support Coordinate with vendors, guides, and transport providers Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle on-tour issues or changes Maintain updated records of tour bookings and customer preferences Provide detailed travel information, checklists, and documentation to clients Promote tour packages and upsell travel services where possible ✅ Requirements: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) Experience in tour planning or coordination (1+ year preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations Good organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with travel software, portals, or CRM systems (preferred) 💼 Key Skills: Tour itinerary planning Customer handling & satisfaction Vendor coordination Problem-solving & crisis management Attention to detail Time management & adaptability
