The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, attending client meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and negotiations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
