Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes) and shorts/reels (60 seconds). Add graphics, b-rolls, transitions, text animations, sound effects, and music to make videos engaging. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and style across all videos. Color correction, audio balancing, and stabilizing footage when needed. Stay updated with YouTube editing trends for better audience retention. Requirements: Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing videos Ability to source and add relevant stock footage, images, and music. Knowledge of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, hooks, pacing) is a plus. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Bonus to Have: Motion graphics/After Effects experience.
