We are hiring a full-time Studio Property Manager to handle daily operations of 9 luxury studio apartments under our brand Your Homely Studio in Galaxy Blue Sapphire and Gaur City Center (Noida Extension). ✅ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily cleaning and ensure all rooms are guest-ready Check and maintain bedsheet, pillow, duvet setup as per brand standards Monitor laundry and rotate clean bedsheets/duvets properly Handle small repairs/maintenance issues (like bulb, water leak, gas) Track inventory (soap, chai kit, tissue, dustbin liners, candles, etc.) Set up decor (cushions, throws, candles, plants) for photo-ready look Coordinate with cleaning staff (e.g. Jyoti) and guide their tasks Give daily updates to owner (Sonu bhai) Be available during guest check-in hours to ensure smooth stay Ensure studio always looks fresh, luxurious & presentable 📍 Location : Galaxy Blue Sapphire & Gaur City Center (Noida Extension) 🕒 Timings : 10 AM – 8 PM (Flexible depending on check-in days) 💰 Salary : ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) 🔧 Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in hotel / PG / guesthouse / Airbnb operations Candidate must know how to manage cleaning staff and room setup Must be reliable, clean, fast, and detail-oriented 📞 Contact Person : Sonu Awana – 9717181700
