Manage order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with clients for queries, complaints, and feedback. Ensure timely delivery and quality service. Staff Handling: Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management. Train and onboard new employees. Address staff issues and escalate when necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
