Job Title: Sr Executive Conversations Location: Bengaluru Experience Level: 2+ years. Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Team Lead - Conversations Job Description: Sr Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows. Key Responsibilities Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows. Collection and profiling of data Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings. Adhering to quality standards Achieving targets set for activities assigned. Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers. Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines. Generate & publish reports of the outbound calls for assigned activities. Qualifications: Graduation in any stream. 2-3 years of relevant experience is essential. Skills Required: 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation. Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal) Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated. Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.
