Role Description This is a remote internship opportunity for an On-The-Job Training Program role. Interns will engage in training sessions, assist in the development of learning material, participate in program facilitation, and support instructional design processes. They will contribute to ensuring high-quality training delivery and provide effective assistance to learners during the programs. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively Knowledge of Training & Development, including designing and facilitating training sessions Proficiency in Training and Instructional Design processes for impactful learning experiences Experience in Customer Service and maintaining learner satisfaction Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Education, Business, or related fields is preferred
