Work Related: • Facility Management • To manage Travel desk/Security/Courier desk/Printing/Stationery • To manage preventive maintenance of AC/company owned vehicle/DG sets etc • To manage liasion with MCGM and consultants for implementation of SHOP and establishment act requirements • Contract Management & Payables(Vendor invoicing/Indents and Orders) • Take leadership in monitoring admin related expenses and wastage control • Reports & MIS generation 3.
