Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various hardware and software products, including those of our clients. This includes user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, product specs, release notes, and help content. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documents for internal and external use. Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and clients to gather product knowledge. Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for a variety of audiences. Document software features, hardware integration procedures, and product configurations. Create visual content such as architecture diagrams, workflows, UI annotations, and process flows. Ensure documentation is consistent in style, tone, and structure. Update existing documents based on new releases and feedback. Requirements: 25 years of experience in technical or document writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience writing documentation for hardware and/or software products. Proficiency in documentation tools such as: Microsoft Word , Google Docs , Confluence , or Notion Diagramming tools like Lucidchart , Draw.io , Microsoft Visio , or Miro Screenshot and annotation tools like Snagit or Lightshot Ability to understand and simplify complex technical information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Nice to Have: Experience working with Markdown, HTML, or static site generators like Docusaurus or MkDocs . Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger , Postman , or Redoc . Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub .
