Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanchipuram for a Junior Engineer Paint Maintenance. The Junior Engineer Paint Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper maintenance of painting equipment and systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair Strong skills in Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in maintenance operations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments Relevant technical degree or certification in Engineering or a related field Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
