Yoohoo! was founded to provide an active indoor space in India's hot climate, where outdoor play is limited during the long summer months. The brand emphasizes a welcoming guest experience with various play equipment, workshops, and DIY bars for families to enjoy together. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities also include maintaining sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities and all other vendors for successful operations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for guests. You will lead a team of 20-30 people all with one goal to host the best birthday parties and events in the Kids Space! Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Ability to manage sales reports and metrics Excellent organizational and time-management skills Previous experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
