We are looking for a motivated HR Executive / IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, maintain employee engagement, and assist in basic HR operations including attendance, payroll, and employee coordination. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding). Manage job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, etc.). Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain employee attendance records and assist in monthly payroll processing. Support employee engagement activities and basic floor management. Maintain HR documentation, offer letters, and employee records. Assist management with day-to-day HR operations and internal communication. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6 months–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment (IT hiring preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Positive attitude, team player, and ability to multitask.
