We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar workers (such as delivery personnel, drivers, technicians, warehouse staff, etc.) by conducting on-ground recruitment, headhunting, and community outreach. Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-ground sourcing of blue-collar candidates through field visits, local communities, training centers, job fairs, and labor hubs. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through direct contact, referrals, and community leaders. Distribute job postings in key public places, and use local channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups, posters, local agents) to drive awareness. Conduct initial screening and interviews either on-site or at recruitment camps. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. Track and report daily/weekly recruitment activities and hiring progress. Build partnerships with vocational training institutes, skill centers, and NGOs for steady candidate pipelines. Gather market intelligence on competitor hiring practices and wage benchmarks.
