Duties Lead end-to-end project management for the design, manufacture, and installation of steel processing lines. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, sales, and executive teams. Develop detailed project plans , timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure adherence to agreed-upon targets. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts , including engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field services, to ensure smooth execution. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve conflicts. Manage risks proactively , identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Track and control project costs , ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals. Facilitate regular project meetings , drive accountability, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and progress. Ensure quality and safety compliance across all stages of project execution, in alignment with industry standards and company policies. Support commissioning and handover activities , ensuring all systems function as intended and customer satisfaction is achieved.
