Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Client Communication Associate. The Client Communication Associate will be responsible for managing and enhancing client communications. Daily tasks include developing and implementing strategic communications plans, managing new enquiries, managing existing members data, and ensuring the delivery of clear and effective client information. Qualifications Strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills Project Management experience Excellent interpersonal and client engagement abilities Ability to work on-site in Pune Ability to work on Ms office, google forms, google sheets, design softwares Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, business studies or a related field Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
