Yoga and Pilates Instructor

As a Pilates Trainer, you will deliver safe, effective, and engaging Pilates sessions to diverse groups of members. You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching and motivation.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and personal Pilates sessions as per Cultfit standards
• Support Cultfits health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Certification in Pilates from a recognized body
• Minimum 1–3 years of prior experience in Pilates instruction
• Prior background in dance, yoga, or strength training preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, motivating, and passionate about holistic fitness
• Strong sense of professionalism, punctuality, and discipline
