At YoByt , we believe in the power of creativity to drive digital success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at YoByt . The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing creatives for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more. We are looking for a creative professional with a strong design portfolio and a keen understanding of digital trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for ad campaigns, social media content, branding, and marketing collateral. The role requires collaboration with the content and performance marketing teams to deliver high-converting visual assets aligned with brand goals. Qualifications Must speak Tamil and must be from Tamil Nadu Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design or Corel Draw Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography Experience in creating creatives for social media ads and organic posts Good communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects Aditional certifications in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Additions (Preferred) Qualifications: Basic motion design or video editing skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects or CapCut Experience in working with marketing teams or agencies Knowledge of ad design specifications for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design Immediate joiners preferred We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and skill development A creative and collaborative workspace Exposure to real-time campaigns and brand projects Supportive work culture that encourages innovation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
